GERES is happy to be part of SWITCH-Asia last report on Improved Cook Stoves.
Conducted in partnership with SNV Netherlands Development Organisation, the study explores how SWITCH-Asia projects in India, Laos, Myanmar and Pakistan are improving cook stoves. It describes in detail the common baselines and project cook stove designs, analyses the laboratory testing results, and describes the projects’ intervention strategies undertaken.
Last July, SCALE project welcomed EU SWITCH-Asia Programme consultants. They spent 3 days in Myanmar and visited the biomass cooking technology lab and Improved Cook Stoves producers.
